Welcome to the placement evaluations of the Practice Assessment Records and Evaluations tool. As a learner you will be able to complete an evaluation for each placement area you are placed. The evaluation tool will allow you to have a voice to be heard providing feedback to your higher education institute and the trusts.
The feedback provided will be used to further improve the quality of learning in the placement areas.
Three tabs are provided below, the first shows pending evaluations that need to be completed, the second section displays completed evaluations and the third section lists any action plans that have been created using your feedback.
